I am a 1985 graduate of Southland Academy. I recieved a Bachelor of Music degree from Troy State University in 1991. This is my 19th year as Band Director at Southland.

23 years as Band/Choral Director at Southland Academy.

I have been involved in music groups since the 4th grade. I was a member of the "Pride of Southland" band from 7th -12th grade. In 1986, I became a member of the "Sound of the South" marching band at Troy State University. In the summer of 1986, I marched in Suncoast Sound drum and Bugle corp which placed 5th in the DCI World Championships. I also work at other high school band camps each summer. In 2002, I added Southland Academy Golf Coach to my job title. I have lived in Richland, Georgia for the past 9 years.
