Mrs. Saye has a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University.  She also has a Bible Certificate from Columbia International University.

Mrs. Saye has been teaching for over 18 years.  She taught Music and Art at Ben Lippen School for 2 years.  She taught Second Grade at Covenant Christian School in Winter Park, FL.  She taught First Grade at Veritas Classical School for 7 years and also homeschooled her 3 boys  for 8 years.  She has been involved in youth and children's ministry for over 20 years. She is starting her 3rd year teaching Kindergarten here at Southland Academy.

Mrs. Leigh Anne Saye grew up on a farm in Unadilla, GA.  She attended Fullington Academy in Pinehurst.  She attended Mercer University and received a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.  She then attended Columbia International University and received a Certificate in Bible.  She taught Music and Art for 2 years at Ben Lippen School, in Columbia, SC.  She taught Second Grade in Winter Park, FL for 2 years.  She taught First Grade at Veritas Classical School in Warner Robins for 7 years and also homeschooled her 3 boys.  This is her 3rd year teaching Kindergarten.  Her husband, Randy Saye, is the pastor at St. Andrews PCA here in Americus.  Their 3 boys, John, Daniel, and Jack are students at Southland Academy, 10th, 8th, and 6th grades this year.  She loves to watch her boys play football! She loves teaching!  She also enjoys reading, quilting, playing music, and being involved in ministry with her husband.
