Experience

In 2011, Mrs. Tucker (former Bio/Anatomy teacher) was in need of a substitute for 8 weeks while she recovered from surgery. I was asked to teach her classes during that time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.  In 2012, I became a full-time teacher which was a joyous year!  I have taught Biology, Honors Biology, Advanced Placement Biology, Life Science, Earth Science, and Anatomy.  I am looking forward to a great year for 2019 as we focus on studying life, parts of the body, and the mechanics of how the body works!

Bio

I am from Tallahassee, Florida.  I moved to Georgia when I married my husband Clint Humphrey in June 2001.  We have been married 18 wonderful years.  We have two children.  Our son, Tanner, is a freshman and daughter, Taylor, is an eighth grader at Southland.  I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and singing in the choir and on praise team at Central Baptist Church.  My favorite time of year is Fall when we go to Florida State football games!
