Bio

I was born and grew up in Dublin, Georgia.  I moved to Americus in 1995 to go to Georgia Southwestern College.  I have been teaching at Southland for 12 years.  I love teaching.  I have known since I was in the 7th grade that I was going to be a teacher one day.  It was way later when I realized exactly what I wanted to teach.  I decided to go with with math and history.  I love them both.

I am pretty good with computers and love what they can do for us when they are working correctly.   I have been using computers since I was 12 and have been taking them apart and working on them since I was 13.

During what little free time I have I like to read and watch TV.  I love reality shows and have never missed an episode of Big Brother or Survivor.  I also enjoy watching House, Top Chef, and It's Me or The Dog. I also enjoy watching movies, mostly science fiction and comedy.
