Southland Academy K4 students had lots of fun celebrating a Turkey Trouble Thanksgiving. Based on the children's book, Turkey Trouble, by Wendi Silvano, the Thanksgiving celebration included singing, reading books, parents and grandparents, adorable turkey costumes, and delicious Thanksgiving treats. Also adding to the merriment were lots of smiles, giggles, and even some gobbles. Mrs. Rena Clayton and Mrs. Laura Rooks provided wonderful festivities for their students.
