Congratulations to Southland senior Louise Quillope who scored a 5 on the Advanced Placement Language and Composition exam last spring.  The AP Language exam consists of two parts--a multiple choice section, accounting for 45% of the total score, and an essay section, comprising the remaining 55%.  Only 11% of all students, nationwide, who took the test in May achieved a score of 5.

Louise is a member of Civinettes, the Beta Club, Garden Club, and Spanish Club, and currently serves as editor of the 2017 Raider yearbook.  She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Felix Quillope of Buena Vista, Georgia.
