Come join us for the second annual Hornet Hustle... Saturday, October 16th at 10:00 AM Estimated Times: Varsity Girls-10a and Varsity Boys-10:40a; JV Girls-11:15a and JV Boys-11:35a Brief Awards Ceremony To Follow Last Race. We welcome both Varsity and JV teams. A comprehensive $25 entry fee will cover all teams (girls' and boys' varsity and girls' and boys' JV), so bring them all! You may run an unlimited number of runners in each race. The coaches' meeting will take place at 9:30 AM (but maybe not 9:30 SHARP... my time-management skills are a work in progress). We boast a one-loop, challenging course through field and fauna. Wildlife viewing is a possibility as well... an added bonus with the price of admission (free). Medals will go to the top ten finishers in each race and trophies will go to the top three teams in each race. For your convenience, we will have concessions for young and old and tee shirts available from Eagle Sportz for any runners or attendees. The Coaches' Hospitality "Lounge" will be open and provide you will a variety of goodies and friendly service from the Westfield Cross Country Moms. As you know, October is a spectacular month in which to hold a cross country event and we are happy to provide your teams with a spectacular experience! Please fill out the registration forms below and submit your rosters on or before October 9th. You may provide them as an email attachment to wbryan@westfieldschool.org.
