The 1970’s were very special years in the history of Southland Academy.  During those 10 years, the Southland Raiders won several state championships in boys basketball, softball, girls track, and boys track. On October 3, 2014 the Southland Family celebrated the great accomplishments of these athletes and coaches by welcoming them back to campus for a reception in their honor and to be recognized at half-time of the Raiders home football game. Approximately 32 1970’s Championship athletes returned to campus for this event. Thank you to all who attended. We love our Alumni.
